   Proposal Description:
   PET studies have noted differences in the proportions of APOE4 carriers and non-carriers with the clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's dementia who have significant fibrillar amyloid burden. In this study, NACC data will be used to compare the proportions of expired brain donors with the clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's dementia in terms of their fibrillar amyloid burden and other neuropathologic features.
